As the Social Media Specialist, you will help us use all necessary digital tools to achieve our business growth goals.
Key Qualifications
- Collaborate with members of the Sales and Marketing teams to build broad awareness for the entire GammaBilling (B2B) as well as (B2C) partners through social outreach and engagement.
- Grow social media base and Brand awareness by driving both organic and paid social programs.
- Develop content and manage compelling photos and creative assets that engage our current audience and garner new fans and followers.
- Develop and execute campaigns, contests and promotions.
- Develop both a short and long-term social strategy with a calendar of relevant, scheduled posts. This will be determined with feedback from all Brand stakeholders and published on a shared calendar.
- Respond to all social media posts
- Manage social media channel password security. Regularly update passwords and evaluate associate ownership monthly, or more as needed, to maintain brand social media security.
- Participate in and manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and others. Because social media is beyond standard business hours, it is necessary to monitor and address social media needs during nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Develop a plan that engages all Brand stakeholders to be involved in the Brand’s social media presence.
- Coordinate analytic reporting: collect digital and social Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) on a weekly basis to measure success of campaigns and strategies; Review results with department managers and make recommendations for modifications and improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams at DigiGamma to ensure all messaging is consistent with all partners Brands’ goals and culture.
- Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase social media effectiveness.
- Plan and conduct market research, with a focus on the business to business to consumer landscape, to identify opportunities for increased sales.
- Audit and report on competitors’ social media efforts.
- Collaborate with industry partners in cross-promotional opportunities

As a strategic thinker, this role acts as a liaison to inform digital marketing, content strategy, content creation and successfully content integration across all customer touch points. This position works closely with several key groups including our Marketing team as well as Product Design, Product Management and Sales. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and overseeing the execution of 3form’s Digital Brand Marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in social media monitoring, insight and data analysis.
- Experience working with enterprise social media monitoring tools (Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience analyzing and understanding social media landscape (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube)
- Track record of being an innovative thinker, collaborative team player and strong communicator

- A self-professed numbers geek – able to sift through unstructured data and make sense of it all in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment
- Analytical eye for connecting social media community metrics to business objectives

- Prior experience in Consumer Products a plus
