We’re looking for intelligent, driven professionals to join our Strategy & Analytics team. The team is responsible for leveraging data and market research to drive both real-time insights and long-term business strategy recommendations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problems solving skills, as well as interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and drive forward recommendations. You will help shape the direction of DigiGamma merchants, financing products by using data-driven insights to build and optimize our e-commerce conversion rates, identify opportunities, and prioritize product and engineering initiatives across the entire DigiGamma ecosystem, with a particular focus on; Homepage, Site Navigation, and Marketing capabilities. The aim of these programs is to engage and acquire Mid-Market customers at digital scale, growing Mid-Market Programs and Lifetime Value.


Key Qualifications

  • Partner cross-functionally with our Product and Engineering teams, build a rapport to be a trusted advisor for Product Management and business leadership
  • Define and analyze key data sets to understand performance of our financing products
  • Own end-to-end product analytics workflow, including defining success and performance metrics, socializing them across the organization, and creating actionable dashboards and reports
  • Proactively explore data to identify opportunities to help accelerate product development
  • Address ambiguous problems and formulate hypotheses into actionable and well-designed A/B experiments
  • Collaborate on developing our product roadmap and making product and business decisions based on your analysis
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize data quality and improvements
  • Become an expert in the e-commerce space and understand how our main competitors are positioned




Position holder will do this by leveraging his/her strong understanding of e-commerce technologies and trends, listening to customer feedback, benchmarking against other B2C and B2B leading sites, understanding stakeholder priorities, addressing un-met customer needs, and seizing market opportunities to define exceptional online solutions. Given the highly strategic and cross-channel nature of this role, the successful individual must possess a unique combination of structured strategic thinking, passion and curiosity for technology, as well as strong leadership and collaboration skills.



  • 5+ years of experience in an analytically rigorous role, and preferably 3+ years of product analytics experience with a strong foundation in statistics, economics and/or experimentation
  • Strong working knowledge of analytical tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Sisense, and Excel
  • Compelling data storytelling and data visualization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in team environments
  • Solid analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
  • Demonstrated track record of strong execution and experience partnering with business and technical teams to deliver results
  • Customer-centric orientation with proven track-record of developing and acting on customer insights
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
  • Strong critical thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
  • Knowledge of B2C and B2B e-commerce, industry trends, and CMS technologies
