RISK ANALYST

GammaBilling is seeking an expert of e-commerce Risk Analyst who will have a deep understanding of our developer community and payments industry. Your role will drive product advancement and operational execution that exceeds the levels of customer happiness we’re known for. You’ll partner closely with engineering, EPMs, analytics, data services, and many more to remove friction from the customer experience. Key Qualifications

  • Support Product and Business Organizations
  • Guide the development of customer-facing products to enhance the DigiGamma experience around the world
  • Work to reduce friction, improve conversion and Risk decision accuracy through product changes
  • Support merchant integration, strategic partnerships and more by working with the Business Unit’s integration engineers and account managers
  • Deliver decision strategies
  • Develop data-driven decision strategies to support the business’ global financial goals
  • Work with DigiGamma detailed business data to optimize performance and minimize financial loss across multiple products, global regions and financial systems
  • Drive End-to-End processes in the Risk organization
  • Manage long-term processes from start to finish
  • Measure performance against KPIs and goals
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and peers across the Risk organization and DigiGamma teams.

Description

GammaBilling Risk Analyst represents our Operations team on program development and business opportunities within consumer experience, product development, and payments. You are responsible for delivering intelligent and relevant assessments of risk associated with GammaBilling Products. In this role you will document and present research results using strong communication skills, demonstrating your ability to use professional discretion when presenting to cross-functional teams and managements. You will be leading and developing complex business solutions that impact our developer communities and DigiGamma Products ecosystems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 3+ years work experience with Bachelor’s degree or work experience in relevant positions (Product Manager, Economics, Finance, Data Analyst, Statistician, Data Scientist, FP&A or Risk Management)
  • Experience in product management an advantage
  • Excellent spoken and written English – a must
  • Technical orientation (Experience with programming/scripting language / SQL – an advantage)
  • Familiarity with SAS/R – an advantage
  • Quick-thinker, fast learner, wide general knowledge, problem solver

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and/or digital products is preferred
